About the Project

Tori’s Luminous Candles was founded by Natalie as a heartfelt tribute to her late grandmother. While the brand’s mission was deeply personal and meaningful, Natalie struggled to position it within the luxury market. She approached ARPR to bring clarity to her brand direction, elevate its aesthetic, and create a presence that would resonate with high-end customers—without losing the emotional core of the story.


The Challenge

The original brand identity lacked the sophistication Natalie envisioned. The logo featured a literal cartoon-style image of her grandmother, which, while sentimental, clashed with the elegance required for the luxury candle space. The brand was also missing a cohesive marketing and social strategy to communicate its unique blend of legacy and refinement.


The Solution

We began by reimagining the visual identity. Inspired by her grandmother’s favorite flower, we designed a refined, feminine logo that honored her legacy in a more timeless and elegant way. Instead of removing the personal element altogether, we preserved it by introducing a thoughtfully designed insert card featuring her grandmother’s photo and a brief brand story—creating an intimate, high-touch customer experience.

To build brand consistency and recognition, we crafted a full strategy for social media storytelling, visual direction, and market positioning. We also connected Natalie with curated event and gifting opportunities to introduce her candles to the right audience and elevate her brand in high-end circles.
